For Ham to conquer Mesopotamia in 1744 bce, he had to have been at least in his mid-twenties, meaning that he had to have been born not much later than 1770 bce, and thus Noah had to have been born at least 20 years prior. The Flood is said to have occurred on his watch, though there isn't any archaeological evidence of it, and the flood myth could have been inserted here to overshadow the exploits of Hammurabi. The Greeks would then have gotten their flood myth from the history of the Patriarchs.
