Re: Electric Earthquakes

@Dotini

Absolutely I agree, but there is a massive scale different between the two. It takes two opposing forces to create a vortex.
However, a prosaic explanation of the huge Japan earthquake whirlpool might be outgoing tsunami water meeting incoming the tide.
I think the fact that it was centered at the earthquakes epicenter off the east coast is what is interesting possibly outlining a focus of the quake itself and maybe presenting us with what has actually created the quake, prosaic explanations are great but what if the real explanation is starring us straight in the face??

I saw the footage of the whirlpool but did not make this connection. It would be interesting to see if there were any atmospheric events (Earthquake lights) above the epicentre of the Earthquake.

Cheers!
There are areas around the Japanese coast where they sell charters to view whirlpools like we saw linked with the quake, they are a tourist attraction (see if I can find a link) ... and I wouldnt ignore sunspot-theory by the observation of quakes during non-spot times, once a main event has gone off there will always be after shocks as the pressure moves to another point by the redistribution of mass

I am new at here and I heard Japan earthquake's news last day, what is happening in this world?

worst tsunamis in history

Re: Electric Earthquakes

Hi Kiwi - There are quite famous whirlpools in Japan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naruto_whirlpools but to be honest I don't think they are related to the huge whirlpool caused by the quake/tsunami.

It may be evidence of electrical activity during/after the quake resulting in a rotating magnetic field which may have created the whirlpool

Hi Wanderer,

the regular variety seem to be a consequence of the topography you are right, ... and if the w/pool assoc with the quake is a link to magnetism etc, ... it shows how there can be a dual observed event, but they have a totaly different mechanism responsible for each ... maybe a lesson there for all "observations" of natural phenomena :D

Couldn't agree more. It's difficult to make observations without measurements of some kind to help develop explanations for such phenomena, I wonder if there were any electrical anomalies leading to magnetic anomalies and vica versa in the area. Would be very interesting to find some data. :?:

I have seen a video online somewhere (I'll try and find it and post a link) of a guy that creates vortices/whirlpools in water using a Tesla Turbine made with CD's, with the blades held together with magnets, hence a rotating magnetic field which could create the whirlpools...it's amazing :D

Just thinking out loud - using the right hand rule the flow of electric current into the epicenter of the quake would create a counter clockwise rotating magnetic field, which is what we may be observing in the cc rotating whirlpool.

I might have to try the Tesla Turbine out myself as the construction of the device is very simple.

Re: Electric Earthquakes or combined causes

While everyone is looking through various details for the timeframe associated with this and other earthquakes,
consider an observation made by someone who resided in an earthquake zone (so cal) and made note of a dramatic
atmospheric temperature change just prior to the earthquakes experienced. His observation was associated with
the air mass and the pressure it applies to the surface. Sudden changes were proposed as either a triggering
mechanism or related in some way to the trigger of the quake.
I don't know how relevant such an observation might be, but his observations had a repeated quality that may call for further consideration. d...z

Steve Smith on Radio Tonight!
Steve Smith says: Sunday the 13th (tomorrow night) from 10:00PM to midnight PST, I'll be doing a live radio interview on Portand Oregon's largest rock station, KUFO. The show is called "Ground Zero" with Clyde Lewis. I'll be talking about the electrical connection between the Sun and Earth, with emphasis on the potential link between geomagnetic storms and earthquakes.
* So we're seeing possible links between solar activity and earthquakes, volcanoes, whirlpools and temperature changes, all in connection to Japan's big quake. Maybe Steve will discuss all that tonight.
* Here's a link to the show's website: http://www.kufo.com/Ground-Zero/6127988, which has a video on honesty about global warming.
* Maybe this link will get the show live tonight: http://www.groundzeromedia.org/listen-to-ground-zero.
* And this looks like an archive of the shows, http://www.groundzeromedia.org/gzpod/?p=archive, so, if you miss tonight, you might catch the show later there.

Re: Electric Earthquakes

A volcano in south-western Japan has erupted after nearly two weeks of relative silence, sending ash and rocks up to four kilometres into the air, a local official said.

It was not immediately clear if the eruption was a direct result of the massive 8.9-magnitude earthquake that rocked northern areas on Friday, unleashing a fierce tsunami and sparking fears that more than 10,000 may have been killed.

The 1,421-metre Shinmoedake volcano in the Kirishima range saw its first major eruption for 52 years in January.

There had not been any major activity at the site since March 1........

Just a small clarification on the temperature observation,,, that was not related to the Japan quake,,, unless
someone else had contributed that observation aside from my post. d...z

Re: Electric Earthquakes

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,

At exactly the time of the Japan earthquake, 05:46 UTC, the solar wind density, measured by the CELIAS/MTOF Proton Monitor on the SOHO Spacecraft, increased by a factor of 10. Other measured dynamics simultaneously underwent large changes at the same moment. Our planet was hit by a strong gust of solar wind at the minute the quake occurred.

This is data in ascii format:

Hi Maol :D thats quite a bombshell ... what is the blank area directly on the opposite side of the ejection?... an artifact from the processing? .

Re: Electric Earthquakes

hmmm interesting.... Proton flux is what Pier Corbyn (WeatherAction) has been saying is the source of the current activity. He also links this to current lunar positions, using his Solar-Lunar-Action-Technique (SLAT).

http://www.infowars.com/piers-corbyn-ma ... ar-action/
Piers [6:20-->] says "The massive Japan Earthquake and Tsunami were triggered by massive events on the Sun and there are more to come in the next two years"

• "The Earthquake was preceded by an X class solar flare and a significant hit of the Earth by a Coronal Mass Ejection – reported by nasa – http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/sunea ... class.html

• "We warned after the New Zealand Earthquake on 21 Feb that the solar-lunar scene is set for more Earthquakes for the next two years:

http://www.weatheraction.com/displayart ... ?a=314&c=5

• "Many of these Earthquake events, as well as weather events, will be very extreme.

• "Actual Earthquakes are very difficult to predict but major aftershocks will come after this one.

• "Just to be clear in case the usual fools and charlatans make claims the weather and earthquake events that have come and are coming are absolutely nothing to do with CO2 or so called man-made climate change in any way whatsoever and such talk diverts attention from where it is needed and holds back the advancement of science".
