In Stellar Metamorphosis one of the basic tenets of science will need to be covered extensively. All other star models ignore one very basic understanding that GTSM covers, how exactly do elements combine into molecules. It is stated that stars have elements in them, thus it is reasonable to conclude that when the star cools the elements will combine to form molecules. 

Which molecules form first and which molecules form last:

1. The strongest bonds nickel/iron metal bonds form first. 

2. The weakest bonds form last: organic compounds

 

In establishment science all stars are too hot to make molecular compounds. This is false. A star has all naturally occuring elements and will form all naturally occuring compounds as it dies and cools.
