I was running around in circles concerning how a star could lose its mass on large scales and then it hit me.

Mass-energy equivalence. 

Stars are not closed systems! They are losing mass via radiation!

Establishment is a joke. They have their stellar evolution models based on stars not losing mass, yet they radiate by massive amounts and are losing mass! A contradiction! A giant hole in establishment theory that a laymen has solved! Wow.
