I'll try to decide on a time to meet with team members asap to discuss a plan.

Or maybe it's better to write up a list of potential plans and ask members and others to comment.

I'm thinking a good plan is to:

ask a/ether supporters to list the major insights or main statements of whatever a/ether theories they know of or are interested in;

ask them to join our team by registering and applying to the team;

invite them to invite others;

invite them to a live chat;

ask them to fill out a questionnaire about what they'd like to do on the team etc
