Ideas, Potential Proposals
. A/Ether Team: (Since 5/20) Build the Aether Team with NPA members interested in side issues: gravity, light, etc
. I'm starting to think that all of the Teams should be part of SITS and should each have a subfolder under SITS.
. Confer: (By 6/1) Help teams organize conferences
CC agrees: Evaluating theories and building up the Science Library are the ultimate goals
.. Help evaluate theories by making a form for theorists or supporters to fill out, which volunteers then evaluate
.. Use quasi-Deliberatorium ideas for evaluation
.. Decide on qualifications for evaluators
. Eval: (By 6/10) Seek evaluators and other volunteers
. Teams: (Since 5/20) Form teams on specific science topics to write papers for QDL public science library
. Invit: (Since 5/5) Send previous invitation to more people and invite to join teams via questionnaire link
. Theorists: (By 6/15) Invite NPA theorists/supporters to advance science via questionnaire
. Theorists: (By 6/15) Also ask them to answer questionnaire and volunteer to evaluate arguments.

. Meetings: (By 7/1) Decide on a day, time & place for a monthly S.I.Team meeting
. Mission: (by 7/1) Agree on Mission Statement
E.g.: QDL Science Improvement Team Mission
Our Goal is to improve science for the common good
Course of Action
- Build productive teams
- Develop better science procedures
- Encourage humanity to adopt such procedures
. Theorists: (By 6/15) Invite theorists/supporters to advance science via questionnaire below
(5/25) Theories Questionnaire
Help the QDL Science Improvement Team find the best alternative science theories and insights.
Best Theories and Insights Questionnaire
Answer whichever questions you want to answer.
What is the name of your favorite theory?
Who is the author of the theory?
What are the main key points of the theory?
What are the supporting arguments for each key point?
Or can you ask the author to list the key points and the supporting arguments for each one?
Can you volunteer to evaluate arguments for other theories?
Can you volunteer to help us find the key points and supporting arguments for theories listed online?
(5/25) Think of benefits of answering the questionnaire.
(by 5/27) Send the questionnaire to NPA members and maybe others.
(by 5/27) Entice everyone to answer the questionnaire by explaining the benefits.
The benefits to those of you who answer the questionnaire are:
1. Your favorite theory and its author will be listed in our best theories competition;
2. Your answers may help increase knowledge to those who read them and give you appreciation;
3. The theory and author will gain publicity and public awareness;
4. The theory and author will be eligible to receive a top theories award;

. Alt Sites: [by 7/1] Start persuading alternative science websites to adopt improvement strategies.
. Videos: [by 8/1] Help teams make videos

1. Make a form to list theories
2. Invite alternative scientists and supporters to fill in the form
3. Invite volunteers to evaluate highlights
4. Publish results in Science Library onsite
5. Publicize Science Library and Evaluation Format

Plan
1. Make a form with the above format
2. Invite alternative scientists and supporters to fill in the form
3. Invite volunteers to evaluate key points and supporting arguments in forms
4. Publish results in Science Library onsite
5. Publicize Science Library and Evaluation Format
