Hoz has been very active on the thunderbolts site, and seems to have quite a knack for reviewing large amounts of literature. He also isn't scared to see where it all leads, and therefore has to ability to be a very valuable addition to our growing team of independent investigators. He started by posting a paper in the Astronomy section, named Criticisms of the Electric Comet.
