When we view images of the Sun, we don't see a rainbow, as shown above.
Likewise, when celestial objects are viewed by telescopes, if the second mirror were removed, the image on the bottom mirror would not be a circular rainbow; would it? If not, then the image from the second mirror would not be blocking the central rainbow colors as shown.
Can we find an expert on telescope imaging to explain the imaging process and confirm or disconfirm Holley's theory?
