This thread has a post by ReggiStard, who has been denied read rights:

Now the page shows up in ReggiStard's Orphans report, but the Cut item in the Action Menu is enabled, because QDL thinks it has parents. And the Show All Parents item shows 2 parents, but if you click on the item, the page load fails.

I guess the parents sub-window fails because ReggiStard doesn't have rights to see any of the parents. So there's an error that I need to trap. I should show the pages that the user can see, and then throw up some text to represent the fact that the difference between the total number of parents and the number of pages being displayed is because some of them are hidden because of rights.

As concerns an existing page by a user who has since been banned, I'm wondering if the banning action shouldn't cut links for sub-pages authored by people who no longer have the rights to see their stuff.
