Use the dialog to control the start/stop hours for the daily calendar, and whether or not weekends display on the weekly and monthly calendars.

  • hide weekends
    • Don't show Saturdays and Sundays on the weekly or monthly calendars.
• Project Colors
  • This determines the background colors for events displayed.

    • This works the same as the project for an individual event.
  • title
    • This works the same as the title for an individual event.
  • from/to
    • These are the start/stop hours/minutes of the event.
    • If the stop time is less than the start time, you're specifying an event that spans midnight.
  • on day(s) [...] of (the)
    • Here you specify the recurrence pattern, where the choices are every week, every month, or every year (by selecting the specific month).
    • If the second day is less than the first day, the event will wrap around.
      • An event on days Friday thru Monday will include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
      • To specify every day of the week, select Sunday thru Saturday.
      • An event on days 28 thru 02 will include 28, [29], [30], [31], 01, and 02 on the month.
  • first/last dates
    • Specify the start/stop dates, inclusive.
  • exclude dates
    • Specify any dates to exclude from the pattern, in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  • total time
    • This is a read-only field that shows the total number of hours that the recurrence pattern yields.
  • display on these calendars
    • Select the calendar display modes on which this recurring event will appear.
