The paper deals in detail with the perturbations of atmospheric electricity produced by atmospheric tidal oscillations and discusses as well the coupling influences of neutral atmospheric properties on atmospheric electric parameters. The results show that the relative fluctuations of the atmospheric ionization rate produced by atmospheric tidal oscillations of neutral atmospheric densities, are less than 1% at the altitudes below 35 km, and about 4% above 40 km. Atmospheric tides can produce relative fluctuations of atmospheric electric conductivity, but the amplitudes are less than that of ionization rates. Only at altitudes above 45 km, the relative variations are larger than 1% and the sign of the variation is opposite to the variation of ionization rates. The diurnal variation of ionospheric electric potential generated in tidal-dynamic region produces relative variations of several percent in vertical component of electric fields in low and middle fair-weather atmosphere. The fluctuations of conductivity and electric field induced by atmospheric tidal oscillations, together with the convective electric fields induced by tidal wind, produce relative fluctuations of vertical atmospheric current at an amplitude of several to tens percent. The formulae and analytic methods given in this article can be applied to the calculation of variations in atmospheric electric properties produced by other variations of neutral atmospheric status.
