This page is for listing solar data, as a reference for model building. Data should be summarized at the highest level possible without introducing model-dependent assumptions. In other words, instrument readings should be processed into conclusions concerning the forces/particles/etc that were measured, but not necessarily into the processes responsible for putting those forces/particles/etc there, if such cannot be determined unambiguously. All models will then be challenged to account for these data. Obviously, models are not expected to "account" for the assumptions of other models, hence the need to express the data in a model-independent way.
