1. Look for an existing forum that is appropriate for what you want to do. If you can't find one...
2. Click the Start New Forum button.
3. Enter a title, and a brief description of the topic(s).
4. Click Submit.
5. Click the Start New Thread button to create a thread named "Guidelines" to describe the rules for posting to your forum.
6. Then you can create any number of additional threads for topics you want to discuss.
