When a report is refreshed, the results are cached, and subsequent viewing of the report will read the cache instead of executing the SQL again. This greatly improves performance when navigating within report results.

 

The cache will be automatically refreshed if it has been more than 24 hours since the last time it was refreshed. You can also force a refresh by,

• Click the Action Menu icon (), and select the Refresh option ().
