Forums, Threads, and Posts
Registered users can post replies to existing threads, create new threads, and even create new forums. And in QDL, if you create it, you control it. So if you can't find an existing thread or forum suitable for stuff you'd like to discuss, you can start your own. Then you'll be responsible for removing garbage posts, banning rogue users, etc.
