Reading articles from mediums contacts with crossing over, there isnt much said on reincarnation but some have agreed it does happen.

I am interested in the collective consciousness. I believe if enough people were gathered together, it would be possible to change things fpr the good. I also believe that in turn it could alter one's mind to think in a different and in a more negative way. Through tv and internet propaganda there is so much fear mongering going on. I believe keeping people in fear doesnt allow them to think in a possitive way. So, is it possible to have a mental war through collective consciousness?
On reading articles on reincarnating, if we are to remember what we came here to learn, is it possible that we would not do as well if we knew what we had to lesson we had to learn. I dont know. I have read that once we learn our lesson, that particular lesson we will not have to learn it again. So it seems that is possible the more times we are here the less we have to learn.
