Numbers 2:3-29 mentions Levites, but doesn't count them.
Numbers 10:14-27 mentions the sons of Gershon and Merari, but not in a tribe. The Kohathites are also mentioned, though not really a tribe of Israel?
Amminadab is also mentioned in Exodus 6:23, with his daughter marrying Aaron.
