Charles, I almost understand most of this paper and it seems like you're going in the right direction. It looks like you should be able to determine what the average density in the photosphere is, or what the density is just under the surface. You haven't calculated that yet, have you? It would be interesting to see how it compares with the standard model. It sounds like you're expecting that the density is much greater than that. Right?
