Ok, so the mainstream view, says that accretion happens outside a planet as a result of gaseous matter forming a disk. ( Am I stating their position correctly? ) 

Meanwhile what you are saying is that "accretion" happens inside the star itself, forming over billions of years a fully formed rocky planet. ( That is your position. )
