This piece was particularly fun, because it's a nice solid block in the foundation. I kept trying to think of how to quantify this, but doing it with Maxwell's equations seemed overwhelmingly complex, with so many different charge density gradients. Then I realized that it would be easy to do with point charges. It's usually harder that way, but in this case, it brought the calcs within reach. But I was amazed at how little charge it would actually take to be more powerful than gravity. Still sanity checking, because 1 charged particle in 10^16 seems like an insanely small charge... :)
