If you combine the formation of the Solar system with the obvious integration and the overall galactic rotation and cyclical formation, you don´t violate the mass-energy equivalence principle because this formation is cyclical.

The very same is the case if you discard the Big Bang ideas and accept a cyclical formation in the Universe - not the Universe itself, but everything being formatted and reformatted "inside" the Universe.
