Make footnote numbers insertable by any member in any document or post. Actually, I think it would be best if members could just click anywhere on a document or post and a proper footnote number would be inserted automatically. When they click in the document, the words "Click to Add Footnote" should appear and, if they click on those words, the proper footnote number should appear where their cursor is located. And a text box should then open up and the member could enter a message. When finished, the member could click on "Save" or "Submit" and the footnote would appear in proper order at the bottom of the page.

The owner should then be given the ability to rank the footnote as A, B, or C, where A means High Priority, B means Low Priority, and C means Confusing. The rank should then be made to appear immediately after the footnote number, without a space between them. The owner could also incorporate the footnote into his/her document. If the owner deletes the footnote at the bottom of the page, the footnote number should automatically delete from the document or post.
