Creating Clean Fusion Energy

Project Goals and Description:

The purpose of this Research and Development project is to move forward with a colliding plasma toroid energy demonstration. The end objective of this research is the completion of a controllable demonstration in which two plasma toroids are collided to produce clean fusion energy.

The goal of this campaign is to raise $35K for the purpose of upgrading existing laboratory vacuum system and toroid-producing apparatus to control the motion of the toroids, once they are created. Subsequent phases will combine two plasma toroids to create a fusion of the plasma ions and in the process release a great amount of energy in the form of heat.

This project is based on my new discovery of a stable plasma toroid, or plasma ring, which remains stable with no magnetic confinement. I discovered this stable plasma toroid in my search for a ball lightning solution. Ball lightning is a largely unexplained natural event that occurs during a lightning event. I learned how to make controlled lightning bolts in my lab and discovered the stable plasma toroids which explain ball lightning.

Recent breakthroughs in our lab have shown the way forward for using this new discovery to produce a practical product. Our goal is to produce a product that can heat and power a home using a low cost, clean fusion energy supply. It will save a homeowner about 80% in energy costs. The unit will be the size of a 10kW Home Depot backup generator.
